Favorable Child Support and Custody Granted
On July 20, 2011, The Edmunds Law Firm obtained favorable orders from the court on a child support and child custody case that had been litigated for more than two years. Our firm obtained orders changing custody of the children to his client as a result of the Mother’s recurring substance abuse issues. The Court also ordered the Mother to pay child support despite an argument made by her attorney that she did not have the ability to earn income. Both the client and the Edmunds Law Firm were pleased with the judge’s decision.
